A world without homelessness.
That’s the goal.

HOST THE HOMELESS WORLD CUP

The Homeless World Cup offers a fantastic opportunity to promote your city and country to a global audience. Previous tournaments have been held in every corner of the world.

Hosting this unique sporting event will showcase the very best of your culture as you welcome representatives from our Member Countries across the globe.

Together with our network of Member Countries we’re challenging attitudes towards homelessness and uniting people through a collective love of football.

By hosting the Homeless World Cup, you will become part of our global movement, challenging stigma around homelessness and giving people hope for the future.

“The saying that “from little things big things grow” has never been more apt... The event will leave a lasting legacy in the form of the continued roll-out of The Big Issue’s national grass-roots street soccer program to 30 sites around Australia, with more homeless and marginalised people having the opportunity to join weekly training sessions and reconnect with the community. it is without doubt that every player, our community, Australia, and indeed the world, are winners from this extraordinary event.”
